Return Policy
We are so sure that you'll be thrilled with your order that we offer a 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee.
You may return a new, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
You must keep ALL original packaging and Email Us for return instructions.
To make sure your return is properly routed, you must first contact us for return shipping authorization and details.
Otherwise, misrouted returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned items without original packaging cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Make sure to insure your item for the purchase price and package it properly. We cannot accept returned items that
are damaged in transit and you will want to recover your money from the freight carrier if damage occurs. You will be
responsible if the freight carrier denies your claim.
Once your returned item has been received in good condition, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. The amount
of the refund will be the amount of your purchase, less our initial shipping costs.
Shipping Information
We currently offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING anywhere in the Continental United States. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii
and Canada will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-2 weeks extra shipping time for orders outside of the Continental United States.
Damage Policy
Inspect your packages immediately upon receipt.
All items are packaged very carefully to prevent damage, but it happens on occasion.
In the event an item is damaged, you must contact JewelryBoxPlus.com within 3 days.
Freight carriers have strict time limits on reporting of damage claims and unfortunately, they do not allow exceptions.
Therefore, we cannot be held financially responsible for damage not reported to us within the proper timeframe. Keep all
original packaging materials with the item at the delivery location and contact us for further instructions.

1) How long will it take to get my order?
Estimated shipping times are indicated in each product description. In most cases, your item will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.
Times may vary somewhat based on
stock availability and your shipping location. If the ship time is expected to take longer than normal for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: IF ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS, THEY MAY SHIP SEPARATELY.
2) When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, our system will verify that adequate funds are available on your credit card. Your bank will then place a hold on funds related to the transaction. For in stock items, the funds will then be collected/captured just prior to shipping.
If an item is backordered for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your card will be charged when the item is shipped, or at the end of 30 days, whichever comes first.
3) Is it safe to order from your site?
Ordering from JewelryBoxPlus.com is as secure as using a credit card to buy dinner at a restaurant. We employ industry standard secure data encryption technology - 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol - to keep your information private. We do not collect or store credit card information. All of your credit card data is encrypted at checkout and we can only read the last 4 digits.
4) How will I know if my order has been received?
If you provide us with a valid email when you check out, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at that email
address. If for any reason you have made a mistake on your order, just let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.
5) Do I pay sales tax?
North Carolina residents pay 7.75% state sales tax. If you do not live in North Carolina, we will not collect sales tax on your order.
6) What is your privacy policy?
Any information you provide to us is only used to fulfill your order. It is not shared with any person, business, or third party that is not involved in filling your order. Period.
